We are not a big corporation. We are a small modern, dedicated team that genuinely cares about one thing which is making financial services accessible to Mongolians living across Europe. We combine real local knowledge with practical tools to help people navigate complex cross-border financial situations with confidence and clarity.
Suld Advisory AB was founded in Örebro, Sweden, by a Mongolian who has lived, worked, and built his life in Europe. After years in European manufacturing and business operations, one thing became impossible to ignore: Mongolians across Europe had no trusted, professional bridge back to Mongolian financial institutions. Nobody was solving that problem. So we decided to.
We built Suld Advisory to be exactly that bridge — combining the identity verification tools and regulatory access available here in Sweden with something no institution can ship from Ulaanbaatar: genuine community trust, fluency in Mongolian, and a deep understanding of what life as a Mongolian in Europe actually looks like. We are registered as a Swedish Aktiebolag (AB) in Örebro, operating fully in line with Swedish law, EU regulations, and GDPR — because doing this properly matters to us as much as it does to you.

Bayasgalan Ganzorig (Jim Ganzo) — Founder & Director
My name is Bayasgalan Ganzorig — most people just call me Jim.
I was born in Mongolia and have spent the better part of the last decade building a life and a career in Europe. Today I am based in Örebro, Sweden, where I work, raise my roots, and stay closely connected to the Mongolian community here.
My professional background is in logistics, procurement, and operations an that I have spent years working on the floor of European manufacturing facilities, managing supply chains, handling ERP systems, and making sure complex processes run smoothly. I have worked with companies supplying components to Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche. It is detailed, demanding work and I genuinely enjoy it.
But Suld Advisory came from something more personal.
As a Mongolian living in Sweden, I kept seeing the same problem around me. Friends, family, community members, people who had built real lives here are struggling to stay connected to Mongolian financial institutions from abroad. They could not easily access credit back home. They could not get someone to properly verify who they were from this side of the world. And Swedish banks, as helpful as they are, simply could not solve a Mongolian problem.
I realised I was in a rare position to do something about it. I speak Mongolian, Swedish, English, and Russian. I have BankID. I understand both systems. And more than anything is that I have the trust of this community, because I am part of it.
So I built Suld Advisory.
The name says everything. Сүлд — in Mongolian means spirit, honour, and sovereign strength. That is what I want this company to stand for. Not just a service, but something the community can genuinely rely on.
I am not a banker. I am not a lawyer. I am someone who understands both worlds, speaks both languages, and cares about getting this right for every single person who walks through our door.
